The Island Jobber is made of water repellent nylon and has sealed interior seams. To help the water roll away and stay off the face, it has an extra wide bill. The "neck brella" falls over a high collar and can be rolled up (or down) when you want it out of the way. The interior front of the hat has a CoolMax sweatband for maximum comfort, and the rear features an elastic adjuster, so you can tighten it when the wind picks up.
